翼状胬肉头部两种手术方法临床疗效比较

【摘要】 目的：探讨对翼状胬肉头部分别采用逆行撕除和常规切除方法的临床疗效区别。方法：翼状胬肉患者64例（64眼），随机分为观察组和对照组，均联合角膜缘干细胞移植术的基础上，对胬肉头部分别采用逆行撕除和常规切除的方式去除胬肉，比较复发率及角膜云翳或角膜斑翳率、术后角膜泪膜破裂时间、角膜上皮修复时间、术后散光、术后并发症及疼痛评分情况。结果：观察组的复发率、角膜云翳或角膜斑翳率、角膜上皮修复时间、术后散光、术后并发症及疼痛评分均优于对照组，观察组的术后角膜泪膜破裂时间长于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：胬肉头部采用逆行撕除法治疗翼状胬肉的效果优于常规切除法。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the comparison of curative effects by two ways for excision of pterygium head.Method：A total of 64 patients（64 eyes） with pterygium were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in control group received conventional excision of pterygium head combined with autogenous corneal limbus stem cell transplantation，while patients in the observation group received retrograde excision of pterygium head combined with autogenous corneal limbus stem cell transplantation.The recurrence and corneal nebula or macula rate，postoperative tear film break-up time，corneal wound healing time，postoperative astigmatism，postoperative complications and pain score were compared between patients in two groups.Result：The recurrence and corneal nebula or macula rate，corneal wound healing time，postoperative astigmatism，postoperative complications and pain score of the observation...
