幕上胶质瘤继发癫痫相关因素分析
【摘要】 目的 了解神经外科不同种类、级别幕上胶质瘤癫痫的发生率，探讨幕上胶质瘤继发性癫痫发作的相关危险因素。方法 回顾性分析四川大学华西医院2010年因幕上胶质瘤接受开颅手术且资料完整的病例258例。分析其相关危险因素。结果 本研究中幕上胶质瘤癫痫发病率为34.1%（88/258），患者年龄低、肿瘤级别低、肿瘤位于额部、影像学检查发现肿瘤累及皮质、钙化、占位效应不明显、瘤周水肿不明显等，为幕上胶质瘤患者癫痫易发因素。结论 针对癫痫发生易发因素的防治，有望减少手术后癫痫的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the incidence and the predisposing factors of tumoral epilepsy in patients with supratentorial gliomas.Methods A retrospective study was performed into complete files of 258 gliomas patients who had received craniotomies in 2010.Results In our study , the incidence of tumoral epilepsy was 34.1%（88/258）.Low age, low-grade of gliomas, frontal lobe located foci, and cortex involving, no obvious finding of calcification and occupying effect and peritumoral edema on imaging studies were all identified as the risk factors for tumoral epilepsy.Conclusion Rigorous prophylaxis and treatment targeting the risk factors may decrease the occurrence rate of postoperative seizures.
