生产管控MES系统在钢铁企业的应用分析
摘要：从行业大方向上，各钢铁厂采用MES系统作为生产管理的主要平台和工具，是大势所趋。钢铁厂在实施MES后，在生产管理的精准度上会有质的飞跃。MES系统的模块主要有：计划管理、作业管理、质量管理、生产监控、计量管理、库存管理，能源管理等。实施MES后，生产所有的购进、消耗、产成品、化验数据都可以实时显示，能够很好的指导跟踪生产，实现了计量数据的自动采集和实时传输及现场的无纸化生产，达到了提产、减人、增效的目的。
Abstract： From the general direction of the industry， it is the general trend that steel plants adopt MES system as the main platform and tool for production management. After the implementation of MES in steel plants， there will be a qualitative leap in the accuracy of production management. The modules of the MES system mainly include： plan management， operation management， quality management， production monitoring， measurement management， inventory management and energy management. After the implementation of MES， all the purchase， consumption， finished products and test data of the production can be displayed in real time， which can well guide the tracking of production and realize the automatic collection and real-time transmission of measurement data and paperless production on site， so the purpose of increasing production， reducing labor and increasing efficiency can be achieved.
