彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断
【摘要】 目的：探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断及观察深静脉血栓形成的病理转归过程中的价值。方法：应用实时二维超声和彩色多普勒超声对162例下肢静脉血栓患者进行观察，记录血栓部位、大小及栓塞程度，同时观察彩色多普勒对管腔的填充程度。结果：彩色多普勒超声检出血栓162例，其中单发左下肢92例，单发右下肢41例，双下肢同时患病有29例。急性血栓者106例，亚急性血栓者有31例，血栓慢性期者有25例。不同时期血栓有各自声像图特征。结论：彩色多普勒超声能早期发现下肢深静脉血栓，并且对于血栓部位及是否完全栓塞能够准确诊断，同时可发现管腔再通及侧支循环情况，是检查下肢深静脉血栓的首选方法。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the value of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs and observe the pathological outcomes of deep vein thrombosis.Method：162 patients with venous thrombosis of lower limbs by application of real-time two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging，recorded location and size of thrombosis，and thrombus embolism，at the same time observed the degree of the lumen of color Doppler filling with.Result：162 patients with venous thrombosis of lower limbs were detected by the color Doppler ultrasound，including 92 cases of single left lower limbs，single right lower limbs，29 cases of double lower limbs with deep vein thrombosis at the same time.106 cases of acute thrombosis，31 cases of subacute thrombosis，25 cases of chronic thrombus.Thrombosis in different periods had its own ultrasonographic features...
