临床路径在骨科护生带教中的应用与体会
【摘要】目的：评价临床路径在骨科护生带教中的应用效果。方法：对48例骨科护生采用临床路径带教，对照组48例采用传统教学方法带教，观察两组护生在理论成绩、操作技能的考核及对教学方法的满意度情况。结果：两组护生在理论成绩、操作技能的考核及对教学方法的满意度有显著性差异（P <0.05），观察组均高于对照组。结论：临床路径的应用能提高带教质量，是先进的带教方法，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objectve:To evaluate the influence of the clinical pathwa for the instruction of Orthopedics nursing students. Methods:Thetreatment grouphas 48 examplesadopting the instruction throughclinical pathway. the control group also has 48 examples adopting traditional instruction, the result of the two group’s theoretical score, skill test and satisfaction ofthe teaching method wasobserved and compared. Results:There was significant difference between the two group in theoretical score, skill test and satisfaction ofthe teaching method（P<0.05），Thetreatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion:Clinical pathway can be used in the the instruction ofnursing students.It is an advavced way and has promising clinic application.
