论高等教育中外合作办学的教务管理
摘 要：中外进行合作办学，最为重要的优势就是可以进行互补，将国外较为先进的资源引进到我国的教育事业中，对于我国教育事业的发展也具有非常重要的作用。在我国现阶段相关法律法规的引领下，高等教育形成了较多的办学方式，但是随着中外合作教学的发展，其中也存在较多的问题，特别是中外合作办学的教务管理问题：如由于学生综合素质以及学习能力的参差不齐，一定程度增加了教务管理工作的难度；从事高等教育中外合作的教务管理工作者不具备过硬的管业素质和管理能力；没有建立健全教务管理工作的评估体系等。文章主要对我国现阶段与中外合作办学教务管理现状进行分析，找出了其中存在的相关问题，同时针对高等教育中外合作办学的教务管理，提出了相关策略。

Abstract： The most important advantage of Sino-foreign cooperative education is that advantages can complement each other. The introduction of foreign advanced resources to the education of our country plays a very important role in the development of education in our country. Guided by related laws and regulations of the present stage of our country， there exist many education modes of higher education， but with the development of Sino-foreign cooperation， many problems also arise， especially the problem of educational administration of Sino foreign cooperation in running schools and other problems concerned. This paper focuses on the analysis of the present stage of our country and the status of Sino foreign cooperative educational management school， analyzes the related problems and at the same time puts forward relevant strategies for Chinese foreign cooperation in implementing higher education teaching management.
