糖皮质激素在风湿病治疗中的应用及其并发症的处理

摘要糖皮质激素是风湿病治疗中的最重要药物,具有强力的免疫抑制和抗炎作用,但在改变病理过程的同时也会打破原有的生理平衡,导致并发症的发生。因此,准确认识、规范应用和及时防治糖皮质激素的并发症对临床医师来说十分重要。本文就糖皮质激素的生理作用、药理机制以及规范化应用和并发症防治进行概述。

Application of glucocorticoid in the treatment of rheumatic diseases
and the prevention and treatment of its complication

Abstract Glucocorticoid is the most important and widely used drug in treatment of rheumatic diseases, which has powerful immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory effects. But when altering the pathological process, it will break the original physiological balance resulting in the occurrence of complication. Therefore, it is very important for the clinical physicians to accurately understand, standardize the application and timely prevent and treat the complication of the glucocorticoid. In this article, we introduce the physiological role, pharmacological mechanism, standardizational use and prevention and treatment of the complication.
