产业发展对高职食品加工技术专业人才素质需求
摘要:食品工业的发展对食品加工技术专业人才的素质提出更高要求,采取问卷调研和实地走访调研相结合的方式,针对食品加工技术专业对应的相关企业及毕业生进行调研。了解了企业用人岗位的需求情况,相应岗位应具备的知识、能力、素质、技能证书与薪酬情况;明确毕业生在工作之后对于所需专业知识需求的认识,以期全面了解用人单位对高职食品加工技术专业人才的要求,准确把握人才培养的质量,满足企业的实际需求。
