乳粉中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌能力验证结果与分析

摘要：为提高实验室微生物检测能力，实验室参加由中国检验检疫科学研究院测试评价中心组织的乳粉中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的检测能力验证计划。按照GB 4789.30”2016食品安全国家标准 食品微生物学检验 单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检验第一法 单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌定性检验对样品进行处理、培养，并对可疑菌落进行初筛及生化鉴定。样品18-X650未检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌25 mL，样品18-Y493未检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌25 mL。结果表明，中国检验检疫科学研究院测试评价中心组织对该次试验结果评价为满意，对第三方人员对实验室的检测能力判断提供参考。

Abstract：In order to improve the microbial detection ability of our laboratory，our laboratory participated in the proficiency testing by the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine to verify the detection ability of Listeria monocytogenes in milk powder. According to GB 4789.30”2016 Food Safety Standards for Microbiological Testing of Listeria monocytogenes the first method of qualitative analysis of Listeria monocytogenes samples were treated，cultured，and suspicious colonies were screened and biochemical identification. The results were as follows：Listeria monocytogenes was not detected in 18-X650 samples，and Listeria monocytogenes was not detected in 18-Y493 samples. The testing and evaluation center of the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine organized a satisfactory evaluation of the test results and provided a reference for third-party personnel to judge the testing ability of the laboratory.
