椎间盘造影在腰椎多节段退变性疾病诊治中的应用效果研究
[摘要] 目的 探讨椎间盘造影在腰椎多节段退变性疾病诊治中的应用效果。 方法 选取2010年1月～2015年1月我院收治的腰椎多节段退变性疾病患者130例，随机分为对照组及研究组各65例，对照组患者予常规诊疗，研究组患者予椎间盘造影诊疗，对比两组患者的治疗结果。 结果 在两组患者的治疗结果方面，研究组患者的VSA评分以及ODI评分均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），在两组患者的并发症发生情况方面，研究组患者显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 椎间盘造影在腰椎多节段退变性疾病诊治中的应用效果理想，有利于改善患者预后，临床上应当推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of discography in the treatment and diagnosis of lumbar multi-segment degenerative diseases. Methods A total of 130 patients with lumbar multi-segment degenerative diseases who were admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015 were selected. They were randomly assigned to the control group and the research group， with 65 patients in each group. The control group was given regular treatment and diagnosis， and the research group was given discography for the diagnosis and treatment. The curative results were compared between the two groups. Results In terms of the curative results in the two groups， VSA scores and ODI scores in the research group were both significantly better than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. In terms of the complications in the two groups， the research group was significantly lower than the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.
