高等教育流向欠发达地区的若干思考
摘要： 随着改革开放的发展，我国经济水平得到不断的提高，十九大的召开让我们深刻的认识了当今的国情，我们迈入了新时代。即使是迈入新时代，也仍然存在地区发展不平衡的问题，而高等教育不均衡问题也逐渐凸显出来。从区域分布来看，欠发达地区所拥有的高等教育资源是十分贫瘠的。为了推动欠发达地区高等教育的发展，有必要更加重视欠发达地区的高等教育问题，通过采取一些合理有效的措施使我国的教育体系更加完善。
Abstract： With the development of reform and opening up， China"s economic level has been continuously improved. The convocation of the 19th National Congress makes us deeply understand the current national conditions and we have entered a new era. Even if we are entering a new era， there is still the problem of unbalanced regional development， and the problem of unbalanced higher education is also becoming apparent. Judging from the regional distribution， the resources of higher education in underdeveloped areas are extremely poor. In order to promote the development of higher education in underdeveloped areas， it is necessary to pay more attention to the higher education in underdeveloped regions and to make our education system more perfect by taking some reasonable and effective measures.

0 引言
追求公平正义是人类社会发展的目标之一，高等教育公平是我国高等教育综合改革的内在追求。上世纪九十年代后期我国各地高校开始大规模扩招，不得不说这在我国教育发展过程中是一个历史性的突破。扩招增加了考生读大学的梦想，在一定程度上提高了整体国民素质，对我国的高等教育事业的发展起到了促进作用，然而，对于欠发达地区的考生来说却面临着风险，因为在市场经济体制下欠发达地区家庭对高等教育的投入却不一定能换来相应的回报。
