D—二聚体值与CT肺动脉栓塞指数对肺动脉栓塞诊断的相关性研究
【摘要】 目的：探讨D-二聚体值与CT肺动脉栓塞指数（PAOI）对肺动脉栓塞诊断的相关性研究。方法：回顾性分析50例肺动脉CTA阳性的肺动脉栓塞患者的影像资料，计算肺动脉栓塞指数，根据Mastora评分方法进行PAOI评分，将患者分为轻度（<30%）、中度（30%～50%）、重度（>50%），与相应D-二聚体值进行对比，分析两者对肺动脉栓塞的诊断及严重程度评估价值。结果：轻度肺动脉栓塞患者CT肺动脉栓塞指数低于中度患者、重度患者，中度肺动脉栓塞患者CT肺动脉栓塞指数低于重度患者，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。轻度肺动脉栓塞患者D-二聚体值高于中度患者、重度患者，中度肺动脉栓塞患者D-二聚体值低于重度患者，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：D-二聚体值与肺动脉CTA对肺动脉栓塞的诊断均有价值，但CT肺动脉栓塞指数对评估临床症状严重程度有意义。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the correlation between D-dimer and pulmonary artery embolism index （PAOI） in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. Method：The imaging data of 50 patients with pulmonary artery CTA positive pulmonary embolism were retrospectively analyzed.Pulmonary artery embolization index was calculated.
