浅谈不同专业的外科学实验教学改革与设定
[摘要] 外科学是整个医学科学的重要组成部分，是实践性非常强的一门学科，是学生从基础课到临床课并成为临床医生的重要过渡。外科学是联系临床医学和基础医学的重要桥梁课程，是培养医学生实际工作能力的重要环节。一方面实践需要理论指导，另一方面理论又必须在实践中理解巩固和提高；这一理论与实踐相结合的过程必须通过试验实习等环节来实现；外科学总论的传统的实验教学法是不论什么专业的学生，都采用相同的教学大纲，无非是包括灭菌法 抗菌法进行，如实验外科无菌技术：洗手、泡手、穿脱无菌衣、戴无菌手套、消毒铺单等练习；学生被动地接受任务，学习没有针对性。近些年，招生规模不断扩大，实验材料价格上涨，学生人数逐年增加等因素，教学经费没有得到相应的增加，又由于不断压缩实验学时，间接减少了学生的操作机会，降低学生的学习兴趣，影响到教学质量。采用不同的教学课程设置和实验项目的设定，配合各专业理论教学达到了较好的教学效果。
