电控永磁全钢磁力模板的结构研究及磁场分析

摘 要:汽车工业的高速发展,塑料件更新换代迅速,注塑模具的快速更换成为必要。模具所用的夹紧方式是决定其更换用时长短的关键,常用的模具夹紧方式有机械锁紧、液压夹模,其共同点是分散点状夹紧。利用磁力夹紧的方式正逐渐被市场所接受,永磁夹紧方式因节能更被看好,电控永磁必然成为未来的发展方向。磁力吸盘正面常采用树脂灌封,在注塑高温环境中常有失效的案例。文章的电控永磁全钢磁力吸盘优化了结构,有效规避了现存的安全风险。

Abstract: With the rapid development of automobile industry and the rapid replacement of plastic parts, the fast replacement of injection mold is necessary. The tightening mode used by the mold is the key to determine the length of its replacement time. The commonly used mold tightening methods are mechanical locking and hydraulic clamping, which have the same characteristics as scattered point clamping. The use of magnetic clamping is gradually accepted by the market, permanent magnet clamping mode is more promising because of energy saving, electronic permanent magnet is bound to be the trend of future development. The front of the magnetic sucker is often sealed with resin, and there are often cases of failure in the high temperature environment of injection molding. In this paper, the electronically controlled permanent magnet all-steel magnetic sucker optimizes the structure and effectively avoids the existing safety risks.
