云南红豆杉茎灰斑病病原菌分离鉴定和生物学特性研究
摘要:对红豆杉(Taxus yunnanensis Cheng et Lu)茎灰斑病进行病原鉴定,并研究其生物学特性和杀菌剂对其抑制作用。结果表明,该病原菌为拟茎点霉属真菌;该病原菌最适宜生长的碳源为甘油,氮源为硝酸铵。菌丝适宜生长的温度范围较窄,25~28 ℃ 菌丝生长良好,分生孢子在32 ℃时萌发率最高;菌丝适宜生长的pH范围均较广,分生孢子萌发率较高,菌丝适宜生长的pH为6.0~7.0,弱酸性更利于孢子萌发;光周期对菌落生长和分子孢子萌发的影响都不大。供试的杀菌剂中以代森锰锌的抑菌效果最好。

Pathogen Identification and Biological Characterstics of the Stem Spot
of Taxus yunnanensis

Abstract: Pathogen of stem spot of Taxus yunnanensis Cheng et Lu was identified. Its biological characteristics and inhibition of germicides was studied. The results showed that the pathogen was Phomopsis sp. The best carbon and nitrogen source for hongdoushan 1 mycelial growth was glycerin and ammonium nitrate, respectively. The optimal temperature for mycelial growth and spore germination were 28 ℃ and 32 ℃, respectively. Light and dark alternative had little influence on mycelial growth and spore germination. In laboratory test, mancozeb was the best getrmicides on the tested.
