军队医院门诊独立军人诊疗区建设现状及对策分析

[摘要] 新时期军队医院建设的主要方向是聚焦战时保打赢、平时保健康。门诊是军队医院为部队伤官兵提供服务的首要窗口，门诊医疗保障能力的好坏直接影响到军队医院为部队服务的工作质量，因此建立相对独立、功能齐全、设施齐备的军人诊区是体现军队医院为部队服务的关键。本文通过对7所不同军队医院军人诊区建设情况进行相关调查，分析并探讨军人诊区建设现状及其相关对策，为更好地建设现代化后勤、聚焦保障打赢、加快转型重塑、实现强军目标提供有力依据。

[Abstract] The main direction of military hospitals construction in the new era is focus on the war time to win and peace time to keep healthy. The outpatient service is the main window of military hospital serving troops wounded soldiers. The quality of outpatient medical security ability directly affects the service for the army in military hospital work， so establishment of relatively independent and complete functions and facilities of military clinic area is the key to reflect the service of military hospital to the army.
