分析高压氧护理管理中应用风险管理的作用

【摘要】目的：观察风险管理在重型颅脑损伤高压氧护理管理中的应用价值。方法：对2018.4～2019.4收治的68例重型颅脑损伤患者为例，所有患者均行高压氧治疗。根据护理方法不同分组，对照组实施常规高压氧护理管理，观察组实施风险管理。记录并对比两组护理风险事件，高压氧不良反应发生情况，患者满意度评分。结果：观察组患者护理风险事件发生率5.88%、高压氧不良反应发生率2.94%均少于对照组23.52%、17.64%，p<0.05;观察组患者满意度评分（94.34±4.52）分高于对照组（90.07±3.67）分，p<0.05。结论：重型颅脑损伤患者应用高压氧治疗时容易出现多种不良反应和风险事件，而风险管理的实施有助于预防和减少这些事件，促进高压氧治疗效果，从而提高患者满意度。

[Abstract] Objective：To observe the application value of risk management in hyperbaric oxygen nursing management of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods：68 cases of severe craniocerebral injury treated by 2018.4～2019.4 were treated with hyperbaric oxygen.According to different nursing Methods，the control group was given routine hyperbaric oxygen nursing management，while the observation group was given risk management.Record and compare the two groups of nursing risk events，adverse reactions to hyperbaric oxygen，patient satisfaction score.Results：The incidence of nursing risk events and adverse reactions of hyperbaric oxygen in the observation group was 5.88% and 2.94% respectively，which were less than 23.52% and 17.64% in the control group （p<0.05）.The satisfaction score of the observation group （94.34±4.52） was higher than that of the control group （90.07±3.67），P<0.05.Conclusion：there are many kinds of adverse reactions and risk events in patients with severe cra...
