山东省西瓜细菌性果斑病的病原菌鉴定

摘要:近年来,在山东省临沭县、昌乐县、章丘县等地西瓜育苗基地的西瓜苗上发现了一种新病害””西瓜细菌性果斑病。从病果和病叶片上分离到15个细菌菌株,选取8个菌株进行致病性测定,结果表明,该8个菌株均能侵染西瓜,发病症状和自然发病症状完全一致;从接种发病的病果上可重新分离到相同的细菌。对该8个菌株菌体形态、染色反应、培养性状及其生理生化特性等项目进行观察测定,确认供试菌株为燕麦食酸菌西瓜亚种(Acidovorax avenae subsp. citrulli Willems et al.,1992)。

AbstractIn recent years, watermelon had been attacked by a new bacterial disease called bacterial fruit blotch (BFB) in some planting areas of Shandong Province, including Linshu, Changle and Zhangqiu. Fifteen strains were isolated from diseased fruits and leaves of watermelon. The inoculation tests were conducted with 8 strains, which produced the same symptoms as naturally infected plants. And the same strains were isolated from inoculated watermelon. Based on the mycelial morphology, staining reaction, cultural characteristics and a series of physiological and biochemical properties, the pathogens were identified as Acidovorax avenae subsp. citrulli Willems et al.,1992.

自2009年始,山东省临沭县、昌乐县、章丘市等西瓜育苗基地西瓜普遍发生一种细菌性病害,发病程度轻重不等,如临沭县西瓜育苗基地所育26万株西瓜苗全部封埋销毁,造成极大损失。2010~2013年笔者在章丘西瓜育苗基地抽检的西瓜苗上同样分离到该种细菌,根据病害症状推测是Acidovorax avenae subsp. citrulli Willems, Goor , Thieiemans, Gillis, Kersters & Ley。因此,有必要对该细菌性病害的病原菌进行系统鉴定来加以确认,为该病害的防治提供理论依据。
