钢铁企业车间管理系统的设计和应用实践
【摘 要】无纸化办公正成为当前制造业发展的主流趋势，车间作为钢铁企业生产管理的基本模块，其质量管理的优劣直接决定了企业的生产效益。目前，多数钢铁企业都已注入ERP、SAP等计算机管理系统，但都停留在员工管理与生产管理方面，对车间系统管理的应用还有待发掘。论文简述了当前车间管理过程中存在的问题，并针对性地提出了车间管理模式规划，旨在有效推动智能管理系统在钢铁企业车间中的应用，以提升钢铁企业车间日常管理水平。
【Abstract】Paperless office is becoming the main trend of the manufacturing industry. As a basic module of production management， the quality management of workshop directly determines the production efficiency of enterprises. At present， most iron and steel enterprises have adopted ERP， SAP and other computer management systems， but they all remain in employee management and production management. The application of workshop system management is still to be discovered. This paper briefly describes the problems existing in the current workshop management process， and puts forward the workshop management mode planning， aiming at effectively promoting the application of intelligent management system in the workshop of iron and steel enterprises， so as to enhance the daily management level of the workshop in iron and steel enterprises.
