贵州省结核病知识知晓率分析

[摘要] 目的 进一步摸清贵州省居民结核病知识知晓情况，为下一步制定适合当地的结核健康教育措施提供依据。方法 在2016年'3.24世界结核病防治日“宣传时，随机选择全省省级、市（州）级、县（市、区）级开展现场宣传的，愿意接受调查和回答问题的对象。结果 贵州省居民的结核病知识总知晓率为35.3%，其中4条核心信息全部答对3180人（9.8%），全部答错15285人（47.1%）。结论 贵州省结核病核心知识知晓率低，需开展长期、深入、形式多样、有针对性的健康教育工作，以提高知晓率，实现肺结核患者早发现、早治疗的目标。

[Abstract] Objective To further know the awareness of tuberculosis knowledge in Guizhou Province and provide reference for making suitable tuberculosis health education measures. Methods The objects glad to accept survey and answer questions in the propaganda scene in the provincial level， city（prefecture） level and county（city， district） level in the whole province were randomly selected on the 3.24 World Tuberculosis Day in 2016. Results The total awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge in Guizhou Province was 35.3%， among them， 3 180 cases got 4 core information all right（9.8%）， and 15 285 cases got them all wrong（47.1%）. Conclusion The awareness rate of tuberculosis core knowledge in Guizhou province is low， and the long-term， deep， multiple-content and targeted health education work needs to be carried out in order to improve the awareness rate and realize the aims of early discovery and early treatment of patients with tuberculosis.
