高等教育国际化背景下高校教师教育与发展研究
摘 要：全球范围内高等教育的竞争实质上是人才的竞争。高校教师持续高效的国际化教育发展及其国际化视野能力的拓展提升是当前中国高等教育，特别是安徽高等教育亟待强化的重点领域和内涵式发展的重要建设内容。相较于经济发达省份，安徽本科高校教师国际化教育发展现状不容乐观，存在问题亦较为明显，经省内外广泛调研分析，针对发展瓶颈提出在发展定位、管理体系、体制机制、空间拓展、语言强化、经费保障等方面具体可操作性的现实路径，以高效推进安徽本科高校教师国际化教育发展进程。

Abstract：The competition of higher education in the world is essentially the competition of talents. The continuous and efficient development of college and university teachers and the expansion of their international vision ability are the important construction contents of China"s higher education， especially the key areas and connotative development of higher education in Anhui. Compared with the economically developed provinces， the present situation of the teachers" internationalization education development in Anhui undergraduate colleges and universities is not optimistic and the existing problems are more obvious. Therefore， through the extensive investigation and analysis in and outside the province， aiming at the bottleneck of development， the practical path is put forward considering the development orientation， management system， policy and mechanism， space expansion， language ability strengthening， and financial support so as to effectively promote the teachers" internationalization education development process of Anhui undergraduate colleges and universities.
