住院患儿用药最小规格剂量单位再拆分使用情况分析

摘要：目的 了解儿科用药最小规格剂量单位再拆分使用的情况及存在的问题，促进合理用药。方法 随机抽取我院住院口服排药药房2015年4～6月共1000张处方，对处方中药品最小规格剂量单位再拆分使用情况进行统计分析。结果 药品最小规格剂量单位再拆分使用率高达59.6%，涉及67个品规及各个临床科室。结论 药品最小规格剂量单位再拆分使用存在的问题需要有关方面共同努力解决，实现用药的安全、有效。

Abstract：Objective To know the situation and problems of the split use of the least standard dosage unit of pediatric drug and to promote rational drug use. Methods 1000 prescriptions of inpatient pharmacy in April 2015 to June were selected randomly and the split use of the least standard dosage unit of drugs was analyzed. Results The rate of the split use of the least standard dosage unit of drugs reaches as high as 59.6%， involving 67 drug product regulations and every clinical department. Conclusion The problems of the split use of the least standard dosage unit of drugs need to be solved by the efforts of everyone， in order to achieve safer， more efficient use of medicines.

小儿不是"缩小"的成人，其肝、肾、神经和内分泌功能与成人差异很大[1]，对许多药物的代谢、排泄和耐受性差，使用不当轻则影响疗效、延误病情，重则引起药物中毒。众所周知儿童用药需"酌减"，但可能不清楚这个"酌减"包括很多方面，一方面儿科用药的剂型、规格远不及成人用药齐全；另一方面，儿科用药中又分早产儿、新生儿、婴儿、幼儿、儿童，其脏器发育程度不一致，用药更为复杂，剂量折算要求更精确[2]。因此，药品最小规格剂量单位再拆分使用的情况在儿科中所占比例很高。为了解药品最小规格剂量...
