快速康复外科理念在胃癌患者围手术期护理中应用的效果分析
[摘要] 目的 探讨快速康复外科理念（FTS）应用于胃癌患者围术期护理的效果。方法 收集胃癌手术患者118例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各59例，对照组行传统护理模式，观察组行FTS护理模式，比较两组的康复效果。结果 观察组的术后排气时间、排便时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间均较对照组明显缩短，术后2周体重降低幅度显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在胃癌患者围术期护理中介入FTS，可促进患者的术后康复，并改善其术后生活质量，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of concept of fast track surgery （FTS） in the nursing of patients with gastric cancer during the perioperative period. Methods 118 patients with gastric cancer operation were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 59 cases in each. The control group was given traditional nursing mode， and the observation group was given FTS nursing. And the rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative exhaust time， defecation time， wound healing time， and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group， the weight reduction 2 weeks after the operation was obviously lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion FTS applied to the nursing of gastric cancer patients during the perioperative period， can promote the rehabilitation of the patients， improve their postoperative quality of life， which is worthy of popularization and application.
