妇科慢性盆腔炎患者临床治疗分析
摘要：目的 对慢性盆腔炎患者的治疗方法进行探讨。方法 随机分成两个小组：观察组和对照组。观察组是常规的西医抗炎治疗加上中药灌肠治疗。对照组只是采用常规的西医抗炎治疗。结果 观察组的患者治疗的总有效率为95.83%，而对照组的治疗的总有效率为76.08%，治疗的总有效率明显低于观察组。结论 相对于常规的治疗方法，即只是用常规的西医抗炎治疗，结合常规治疗方法和中药灌肠治疗之后，治疗的总有效率明显提高，所以这种方法可以在临床上推广，为慢性盆腔炎患者提供一个更有效的方法。

Abstract：Objective Discussion on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group. Observation group was routine western medicine anti-inflammatory treatment plus Enema treatment. The control group was treated with conventional Western anti-inflammatory therapy.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%， while the total effective rate of the control group was less than that of the observation group， and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the observation group （76.08%）.Conclusion Compared with the conventional treatment， which only use western medicine conventional anti-inflammatory treatment， after combined with conventional treatment and traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment， the total effective rate of treatment was obviously improved， so this method can be popularized in clinical practice， to provide a more effective method for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
