一种烟草细菌性病害病原菌分离培养及致病性测定

  摘要:从贵州六盘水烟区采集感病烟株,采用组织分离法进行病原菌分离纯化,并将培养条件进行优化,以南江3号烟草品种为试材,进行病原菌致病性测定。结果表明,该菌培养最适NaCl浓度4%,葡萄糖浓度10%,pH值5~7,培养温度25~30℃,最佳侵染温度20~25℃,相对湿度70%以上,该病害应属于中温高湿侵染病害。

  Abstract The isolation and purification of pathogen of a tobacco bacterial disease was conducted from tobacco-growing areas in Liupanshui of Guizhou Province using the issue separation method. Its culture conditions were optimized, and the pathogenicity was measured with Jiangnan 3 as material. The results showed that the optimum growth conditions of this pathogen were 4% of salt concentration, 10% of sugar concentration, 5 to 7 of pH value, and 25~30℃ of cultivation temperature. And the best infesting conditions of this pathogen were 20~25℃ of infesting temperature, and more than 70% of relative humidity. Thus, the disease was easy to infection under middle temperature and high humidity conditions.

  烟草作为我国重要的经济作物,其产业的良好发展得到广泛关注[1]。而烟草细菌性病害是威胁烟草生产的主要病害之一,其发生普遍且危害严重,严重影响着烟草的质量和产量,进而导致经济效益极大受损。已经报道的细菌性病害有青枯病、细菌性角斑病、野火病、空茎病、细菌性黑杆病等[2-8]。余磊等于2004年报道了云南文山州西畴县和保山市昌宁县发现1种由细菌铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)侵染引起的烟草新病害[1]。2007年,笔者在贵州省盘县烟区忠义、保田发现一种烟草未知病害,...
