大型原油储罐建设安装过程中浮顶排水系统选型应用

摘要：对于10万立以上外浮顶原油储罐而言，浮顶排水系统是非常重要的，选用一套好的排水系统，既能保证油库的安全生产，又能有效控制维修费用。所以本文储罐项目在选择浮顶排水系统的过程中，在充分考虑了产品质量可靠性和使用稳定性的基础上，通过对国内其它油库使用经验的吸收，在国内目前常用的四种排水系统中选择了适合国情的产品，并通过生产实践检验了选择的正确性。
Abstract： For the floating roof crude oil storage tank of more than 100，000 liters， the floating roof drainage system is very important. The selection of a good drainage system can ensure the safe production of the oil depot and effectively control the maintenance cost. Therefore， in the process of selecting the floating roof drainage system， the tank storage project in this paper selected the products suitable for national conditions in the four drainage systems currently used in China based on full consideration of the product quality reliability and the stability of use， and through the absorption of the experience of other domestic oil depots. And the correctness of the selection was tested through production practices.
