危重症患者高压氧治疗全程陪舱护理的效果观察
【摘要】 目的：探讨危重症患者高压氧治疗全程陪舱护理的安全性和有效性。方法：对170例危重症患者高压氧结合临床药物治疗，全程由护士陪舱监护，并实施安全防护措施。结果：170例患者中，无1例出现并发症或因护理不当中断治疗，护理效果满意，陪舱人员未出现不良反应。结论：危重患者由护士全程陪舱护理，有效的提高了危重患者高压氧治疗的安全性、有效性，减少治疗过程中并发症与二次损害，有效地提高危重症患者的康复率。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore safety and effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen treatment of critically ill patients to accompany the whole class care.Methods：170 cases of critically ill patients with air oxygen combined with clinical drug treatment，by the nurse with cabin monitoring，and implemented out safety measures.Results：Among the 170 patients，1 cases without complications or interruption because of improper nursing treatment，with cabin staff had no serious complications，the nursing effect was satisfaction.Conclusion：Critically ill patients by nurses to accompany the whole class nursing， effectively improve the safety，effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in critically ill patients，reduce complication disease during the treatment and two damage，effectively improve the recovery rate of critically ill patients.
