蝉拟青霉对小菜蛾致病性的研究
摘要应用4株蝉拟青霉开展对小菜蛾致病性的研究。结果表明:4株蝉拟青霉分生孢子、菌丝对小菜蛾的致病性有一定差异,其中GZDXIFR4611的感染致死效果最好,孢子悬液的致死率可达到70%,菌丝悬液的致死率可达到65%,为将蝉拟青霉作为一类重要的生防真菌提供了参考数据。

AbstractTo investigate the effect of pathogenicity of Paecilomyces cicadae(PC)to Plutella xylostella(L.),the insecticidal mortality of the 4 strains of PC were tested. The results showed that the spore and the hyphae of 4 strains of PC had great differences in the pathogenicity. The highest insecticidal mortalitywas GZDXIFR4611,whose mortality in spore suspension was 70% and in hyphae suspension was 65%.The results provided reference for the use of Paecilomyces cicadae as bio-control fungi.

蝉拟青霉(Paecilomyces cicadae)又名蝉花,是由子囊菌类麦角菌科真菌大蝉草(Cordyceps cicadae)的子实体及其寄主山蝉(Cicadeflammata)幼虫的虫体部构成[1]。拟青霉属真菌作为一类重要的生防真菌可以侵染多种害虫,产生多种具有生物活性的代谢产物,在害虫生物防治上有着广泛的应用[2]。蝉拟青霉既是名贵中药,又有较高的致病性,可以寄生鳞翅目(Lepidoptera)、膜翅目(Hymenoptera)中的很多昆虫[3]。小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella(L.))属鳞翅目菜蛾科,在我国南、北方均有分布,危害植物多达40种以上,也是热带和亚热带十字花科蔬菜的重要害虫[4]。对小菜蛾的防治起初采用化学农药,随着其对化学农药耐药性的增加以及农药残留毒性等弊端日益凸显,生物防治成为当今研究的热点[5]。现报道4株蝉拟青霉对小菜蛾的致病性,为将蝉拟青霉作为一类重要的生防真菌提供参考数据,有一定的应用价值。
