整合慢性阻塞性肺疾病基础与临床研究对研究生实施PBL教学的效果

[摘要] 为提高研究生对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床诊疗水平和科研能力,本研究带领研究生参与COPD的临床诊治,从临床处理COPD病案中发现问题,整合以问题为核心的中西医知识模块,使研究生掌握了COPD的基础与临床相关知识与科研方法,提高了研究生的临床与科研水平。PBL教学法有助于提高研究生综合素质,具有实用性和可行性。

Effect of integration of experimental and clinical investigation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease for PBL teaching on postgraduates

[Abstract] In order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level and scientific research ability of postgraduates for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), this research lead postgraduates to take part in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of COPD, find the problem through dealing with medical records of COPD in clinic, integrating knowledge module of traditional Chinese and Western medicine that took problems as the core, which make postgraduates master related basic and clinical knowledge and scientific research methods of COPD, improve the clinical and scientific research levels of postgraduates. PBL teaching model is helpful to improve the comprehensive quality of postgraduates, which has practicability and feasibility.
