临床教学路径在神经外科实习带教中的应用效果分析
【摘 要】目的：临床教学路径在神经外科实习带教中的应用效果分析。方法：选取2014-2015年间在解放军总医院神经外科的实习生50名，将其随机进行分组，分为对照组和研究组，每组各25名实习生。对照组实习生采用传统带教模式，研究组采取临床教学路径带教模式，实习期满后，对比两组学生的出科考核成绩。结果：研究组的实习生成绩明显高于对照组，组间教学效果有明显差异，P<0.05，具有可比性。结论：在神经外科的实习带教中，临床教学路径带教的教学模式比传统教学模式的教学质量更好，值得在实习带教中广泛应用。

【Abstract】objective： clinical teaching path in neurosurgery practice teaching in the application effect is analyzed. Method： choose 2014-2015 in the people"s liberation army general hospital neurosurgery interns 50， the random grouping， divided into control group and research group， each group of 25 interns. Control interns in traditional teaching mode， the team take path of clinical teaching and teaching mode， the expiration of the internship， compared two groups of students is given the inspection results. Results： the intern team performance is significantly higher than the control group， teaching effect have obvious differences between groups， P < 0.05， comparable. Conclusions： in neurosurgery practice teaching， clinical teaching path teaching teaching mode is better than the traditional teaching mode of teaching quality， is worth wide application in the practice teaching.
