临床微生物检验控制医院内感染的有效性及临床意义

【摘要】 目的：探究临床微生物检验在控制医院内感染的有效性及临床意义。方法：选取2013年1月-2015年1月笔者所在医院收治的住院患者386例进行研究。将其随机均分为研究组和对照组各193例。两组的患者均给予常规基础性治疗并采取常规控制感染的措施，与此同时，研究组进行微生物检验，进而及时有效发现感染源、易感人群以及传播途径，根据检验结果采取相应的防控措施，以达到控制医院感染的目的。对照组则不进行检验。比较两组患者医院内感染的发生率及感染的严重程度。结果：研究组医院内感染的发生率（7.77%）明显低于对照组（28.50%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组院感明显比研究组院感严重，两组比较差异有统计学意义（u=3.5899，P=0.0003）。结论：临床微生物检验能有效控制医院内感染的发生率以及感染严重程度，值得在医院广泛推广与应用。
