强化毕格式运动对中、重度糖尿病下肢血管病变影响的观察

[摘要] 目的 在糖尿病患者的护理工作中，对中、重度糖尿病下肢血管病变患者在糖尿病足教育基础上，强化毕格式运动1年，对糖尿病患者的足部症状进行效果评价。方法 处于中，重度糖尿病下肢血管病变（ABI<0.8） 2型糖尿病患者（实验组50例，对照组48例），在进行糖尿病足普通的教育干预基础上，强化毕格式运动练习，评价干预后下肢血管的ABI，下肢温触觉等指标的改善情况。结果 实验组患者在强化毕格式运动后，指标明显改善（P<0.05），而对照组患者无明显变化。结论 在教育基础上，通过强化毕格式运动，可以有效改善患者的下肢血管、神经病变程度。
