围手术期高血压对老年口腔良性肿瘤患者心血管系统的影响
摘要：目的 探讨老年口腔良性肿瘤合并高血压患者的围手术期治疗特点。方法 回顾性分析我院2013年2月～2015年1月治疗103例老年口腔良性肿瘤患者的临床资料，其中67例合并围手术期高血压疾病为治疗组，无高血压疾病36例为对照组。结果 所有患者均安全度过围手术期，治疗组术后出现并发症37例次，发生率55.2%；对照组术后出现并发症9例次，发生率25.0%。治疗组与对照组术后并发症发生率有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论 对老年口腔良性肿瘤合并高血压患者，应加强围手术期管理，有效控制围手术期血压，以提高手术治疗效果。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the treatment characteristics on elderly oral benign tumor patients concomitance perioperative period. Methods The clinical data of 103 patients with elderly oral benign tumor who were admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to January 2015 were reviewed retrospectively.67 cases concomitance perioperative hypertension served as treatment group and 36 cases without perioperative hypertension served as control group. Results Safe anesthesia and operation was achieved in all 103 cases.The postoperative complication of treatment group and control group was 37 and 9，and incidence was 55.2% and 25.0%.There was significant differences between treatment group and control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Strengthen on perioperative period management and effective control of perioperative hypertension will improve the effect of surgical treamtment，for elderly oral benign tumor patients concomitance perioperative period.
