基于胜任力理论的医院人力资源管理初探
[摘要] 介绍胜任力理论、医院人力资源的概念及医院人力资源管理的相关概念,整理、分析、对比计划经济时代下的人事管理与市场经济时代下的人力资源管理的内容、结构、重点、结果等存在的共通点与矛盾点,结合现代医院管理理念,去分析、解决目前公立医院在人事管理向人力资源管理转变过程中所面临的问题,将麦克兰来的胜任力理论与现代医院人力资源管理过程中的重要环节一一结合并进行实用性的探究,分析实用性价值以及所能帮助解决的实际性问题,并针对目前公立医院在人力资源管理方面给出建设性的意见与建议。
