儿童游乐场肠道细菌及轮状病毒的检测与鉴定
[摘要] 目的 了解儿童游乐场的微生物卫生状况。方法 于2016年9”10月随机抽取韶关市区的6家儿童游乐场，对现场家长进行问卷调查，玩具器具表面的肠道细菌及轮状病毒检测和鉴定。结果 大多数家长对病原微生物缺少防范，检测结果显示，细菌菌落总数、肠道菌群和轮状病毒合格率分别为87.0%，91.8%和98.8%。结论 儿童游乐场的卫生状况不容乐观，加强卫生监督刻不容缓。

[Abstract] Objective To know the microorganism hygiene status in the kids’ playground. Methods 6 kid’s playgrounds in Shaoguan District from Septmber to October 2016 were randomly extracted， and the scene parents were surveyed by the questionnaires， and the intestinal bacteria and rotavirus of toys were tested and identified. Results The investigation results showed that most parents lacked the prevention of pathogenic microorganisms， and the test results showed that the total number of bacterial colony and the qualified rates of intestinal bacteria and rotavirus were respectively 87.0%，91.8%， 98.8%. Conclusion The hygiene status in the kid’s playground is not optimistic， and we should enhance the hygiene monitoring immediately.

儿童游乐场是指专门为0～10岁儿童提供成长所需的专业娱乐服务机构，通过一些创意游乐设备达到娱乐早教和锻炼孩子的目的[1]。但是目前我国没有相应的卫生规范和标准，儿童游乐场设施上的微生物指标仍是相关卫生部门的监管的重要内容，为了解韶关市儿童游乐设施的微生物污染的卫生现状，该研究于2016年9”10月对韶关市6家游乐场进行采样调查。
1 对象与方法
1.1 调查对象
随机在韶关市武江区、浈江区，曲江区各选取两家游乐场，室内外游乐场各一家，对所选6家儿童游乐设施表面的微生物进行检测。
