心脏死亡捐献肾移植术后肾功能延迟恢复的护理
【摘 要】 肾移植术后肾功能延迟恢复（delayed graft function，DGF）是肾移植术后常见并发症之一，是影响移植肾存活的主要因素，而护士正确识别并及早发现肾功能延迟恢复，及时报告医师处理和采取有效的护理措施对促进肾功能延迟恢复受者早日恢复至关重要。肾移植术后肾功能延迟恢复的护理方法包括对肾功能延迟恢复受者采取严密的术后观察和监测、有效的饮食护理和心理护理、并发症的预防及护理等。

【Abstract】 Graft function delayed DGF is one of the common complications after renal transplantation， which is the main factor to affect the survival of the transplanted kidney， and the nurse correctly identifi es and early detection of delayed recovery of renal function，and timely report to the doctors and take effective measures to promote recovery of renal function delayed recovery of early recovery. After renal transplantation， the delayed recovery of renal function after renal transplantation， including the delayed recovery of renal function， and monitoring， effective nursing， psychological nursing， prevention of complications and nursing.

心脏死亡无偿器官捐献（death cardiac donor ， DCD）可有效增加移植供者的数量，在国际上备受关注。肾脏作为DCD的重要捐献器官，在肾病患者的救治中发挥了重要作用。但肾移植术后肾功能延迟恢复（delayed graft function，DGF）作为肾移植术后早期较常见的一种严重并发症，是影响移植肾存活的主要因素，重视对肾功能延迟恢复受者病情的观察和积极有效的护理可缩短移植肾功能的恢复时间，提高人/肾长期存活率。为使患者安全度过DGF期，提早恢复，现将护理体会总结报告如下。
