中西医结合临床专业外科基本技术培训模式改革研究
摘要：目的 探讨改革中西医结合临床专业外科基本技术培训模式在外科学实习课教学中的应用效果。方法 选取西南医科大学2014级中西医临床医学本科专业学生204人为实验组，2013级中西医临床医学本科专业学生198人为对照组，实验组采用全新编写的实习指导和形成性评价体系，对照组采用传统教学方法和课程终结性评价模式，比较两组考试成绩，设计调查问卷了解学生对不同教学方法评价情况。结果 实验组学生考试成绩优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;实验组学生对教学效果评价优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用全新的培训模式更加关注外科技能教学过程，该模式具有评价周期短、反馈及时的特点，更适合当前中西医结合临床专业在新形势下的教学，教学效果更好，且学生对该教学法认可度高。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of reforming the basic technical training mode of clinical specialty surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the teaching of surgery practice.Methods A total of 204 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in Southwest Medical University of China （2014） were selected as experimental group.and 198 undergraduate students of 2013 Chinese and Western medicine clinical medicine were selected as the control group.
