日间手术的发展与管理
[摘要] 日间手术属于新型诊疗方案，可以对医院中的床位资源合理的利用，体现出效率高及流程便捷等优势，为患者节省了住院费用，迎合了当代医院管理的基本发展趋势。该次研究重点探讨的是日间手术的发展及管理，结合国内外日间手术开展概况加以分析，明确实施日间手术模式的基本条件，阐述基本的运作要素，将实际行动落实至管理细节中，为当代医学事业的整体进步与发展提供有效借鉴。

[Abstract] The day surgery belongs to the new diagnosis and treatment plan， reflecting the advantages of high efficacy and convenient flow in the rational usage of the bed resources in the hospital， thus saving the hospitalization cost and meeting the basic development trend o the modern hospital management. The study focuses on the development and management of the day surgery， analyzes the development condition of the day surgery at home and abroad， definite the basic conditions of implementing the day surgery model， elaborates the basic operation essentials and implementing the practical actions into the management details， thus providing effective reference for the holistic progress and development of the modern medical cause.

近些年，我國出现了看病难、看病贵的问题，需要对医疗卫生事业逐步变革，实现对相关流程的再造，由此迎合日益增长的医疗卫生需求。日间手术对比于常规手术模式来说更具优势，其能够完善对患者的术前检查，注重对患者的术后护理观察，可在24 h内出院。因为日间手术体现出特殊性，因此更需要科学化的管理，由此保证患者的安全。
