前列腺汽化切术后并发症的观察
【摘要】目的：分析采用TUVP治疗的患者术后做好并发症观察及护理的临床效果。方法：选取2008年9月”2013年9月接收的前列腺增生患者90例，均采用TUVP治疗，术后均密切进行并发症观察，对照组（40例）同时给予基础护理，观察组（50例）同步加强并发症的全面护理；对比两组并发症情况、患者满意率及住院时间。结果：观察组并发症发生率4.0%，对照组为12.5%；观察组满意率96.0%，对照组为82.5%；观察组住院时间更短；观察组效果相对更为理想（P<0.05）。结论：对采用TUVP治疗的患者，术后做好并发症的观察及护理，可明显提高临床安全性和患者满意度，并缩短住院时间，值得推广。

Abstract Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of complication observation and nursing which were given to the patients who were treated with transurethral vaplrization of prostate（TUVP）.Methods： Choosed 90 patients from Sept.2008 to Sept.2013 to divide into study group and controlled group. All patients were treated with TUVP and observe the complications closely. Patientsin controlled group（40 cases） were treated with routine nursing and the study group（50 cases） were treated with comprehensive nursing， compared the effect of these two groups. Results： The incidence of complications in study group was 4.0% and controlled group was 12.5%. The satisfaction rate of study group was 96.0% and controlled group was 82.5%. The hospitalization time of study group was shorter and the effert was significantly better than controlled group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Giving the patients who were treated with transurethral vaplrization of prostate（TUVP） complication observation and nursing can obviously improve clinical safety and the patient satisfaction， it’s worth to extend in clinic.
