急性一氧化碳中毒患者38例高压氧治疗护理干预
[摘要] 目的 探讨高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒临床护理干预。 方法 本次共选择38例急性一氧化碳中毒患者作研究对象，均为我院2013年1月~2014年1月收治，均采用高压氧治疗，加强整体、全面的护理干预。 结果 本组选取的38例患者中总有效率94.7%，无严重不良事件发生。与干预前比较，干预的生活质量各项指标明显提高（P＜0.05）。 结论 加强急性一氧化碳中毒患者高压氧治疗中的整体护理干预，可保障治疗成功实施，利于临床效果的改善，并提高患者生存质量，具有较高的应用价值，值得广泛推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical nursing intervention of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods Thirty-eight patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the study subjects and all received hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Overall and comprehensive nursing intervention was strengthened. Results Of the 38 selected patients, the total effective rate was 94.7% and no severe adverse events occurred. Compared to before intervention, all the indicators of life quality after intervention improved significantly (P＜0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the overall nursing intervention of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning can ensure the successful implementation of treatment, is conducive to improve the clinical effects and can improve the patients’ quality of life, which is of high applicatio...
