“互联网+”背景下农业高校“中外饮食文化”课程教学改革探讨
摘要:主要分析了农业院校'中外饮食文化“课程教学中存在的一些问题,并以安徽农业大学为例,结合当前的'互联网+“背景,充分利用网络资源和现代教学手段探讨课堂教学改革的新模式。

Abstract:This paper mainly analyzed some problems of Chinese and Foreign Food Culture classroom teaching in agricultural unioversity,and took Anhui Agricultural University as an example,combined with the current'Internet+“background,made full use of Internet resources and modern teaching methods,to explore a new mode of the classroom teaching reform.
