手术室护理干预对剖宫产手术患者切口愈合效果及并发症的效果分析

[摘要] 目的 探讨手术室护理干预对剖宫产手术产妇切口愈合效果及并发症的影响。方法 方便选取2017年1月”2018年6月该院行剖宫产手术进行分娩的产妇172例，随机分为对照组和研究组，各86例。对照组产妇采用常规护理模式进行护理，研究组产妇在对照组护理基础上给予手术室护理干预进行护理。比较两组产妇切口愈合情况以及术后并发症发生情况。 结果 研究组切口甲级愈合84例，显著高于对照组切口甲级愈合77例，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.759，P<0.05）;研究组并发症发生率4.7%，显著低于对照组并发症发生率22.1%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=11.293，P<0.05）。 结论 对剖宫产手术产妇应用手术室护理干预，可显著提高产妇切口愈合效果，并显著减少并发症的发生，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of operating room nursing intervention on the healing effect and complications of cesarean section. Methods A total of 172 women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The pregnant women in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode， and the maternal in the study group was given nursing care intervention in the operating room based on the nursing care of the control group. The healing of the incision in the two groups and the postoperative complications were compared.
