机能实验整合在农村医疗专业中的应用分析
摘 要：目的 探讨基础医学实验教学中机能实验整合在农村医疗专业中的应用。方法 将本校2013级农村医疗专业学生随机分班，采用传统实验和设计性综合实验教学两种模式，并进行实验考核及问卷调查。结果 显示改革班级比传统教学班级的学生综合运用知识的能力明显增强。设计问卷调查听取学生对课程的评价。85.2%学生认为机能实验整合教学能提高动手能力；87.5%学生认为能提高学习兴趣，调动学习的积极性和主动性；89.6%学生认为能有效扩大知识面，能更快、更全面的掌握生理学、病理生理学和药理学知识。结论 在农村医疗专业基础医学教学中实施机能实验整合，能有效提高学生知识综合运用能力，有益于培养学生创新精神、创新能力和实践动手能力。

Abstact： Objective： This paper discusses the application of function experiment integration in the teaching of basic medical experiment in rural medical specialty. Method： This paper divides 2013 rural medical students into two classes randomly， adopts two kinds of teaching modes of traditional experiment and comprehensive experiment and carries out experiment examination and questionnaire survey. Results： The results show that the application ability of knowledge of the students in the reform class is higher than that of the traditional teaching class. This paper also designs a questionnaire to listen to students" evaluation on courses. There are 85.2% of the students who believe that the function experiment integration teaching can improve the practical ability； 87.5% of the students think it can improve the interest and mobilize learning enthusiasm and initiative； 89.6% of the students think it can effectively expand the scope of knowledge and help students master knowledge on physiology， pathophysiology and pharmacology more quickly and comprehensively.
