新生儿科医患关系的协调方法分析

[摘要] 目的 研究新生儿科中医患关系的有效协调方法。 方法 采取某院200例患儿为研究对象，将其分为实验组和对照组。患儿的年龄为5～20 d，对照组采用常规治疗与基础护理的方式对患儿进行护理，实验组在常规治疗与基础护理的基础上坚持人文关怀为工作原则，提高自身的换位思考能力以及应变能力，实现对患儿全面护理的目标。 结果 实验组患儿治疗依从率为95.64%，对照组内患儿治疗的依从率为80.23%，实验组患儿其总体满意率为98.0%，对照组患儿家属的满意度为85.0%。两组的数据比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 新生儿科中，坚持人文关怀为主的协调原则，是促进医患交流的有效路径之一，对改善新生儿科中的医患关系有重要的积极作用。

[Abstract] Objective To research the effective coordination method of doctor-patient relationship in the department of neonatology.
