翻转课堂教学模式在中医妇科住院医师规范化培训中的应用
[摘要]翻转课堂教学是一种现代探究式教学方法，通过转变教学过程达到知识传授和知识内化，有助于培养学生解决问题的能力和创新精神，契合当前住院医师规范化培训的目标。本文介绍了翻转课堂教学模式在中医妇科住院医师规范化培训中的应用，包括课前准备、课外学习平台、课堂教学过程以及考核方式。同时从课堂的两大主体（教师和学生）介绍实施过程中的难点，以期为翻转课堂教学模式在医学院校的应用提供参考。

[Abstract] Flipped classroom is a modern inquiry teaching method.Through the transformation of the teaching process to achieve knowledge imparting and internalization of knowledge， it is helpful to cultivate the students′ ability of solve problems and the spirit of innovation，in accordance with the objectives of the standardized training of the current resident physicians. This article introduces the application of the flipping classroom teaching mode in the standardized training of the gynaecologist in the traditional Chinese medicine， including the preparation before class， the extracurricular learning platform， the course of classroom teaching and the methods of assessment. Meanwhile， it introduces the difficulties in the implementation process from the two main subjects of the class （teachers and students）. In order to provide reference for the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in medical colleges and universities.
