骨科手术患者围术期深静脉血栓的护理管理
[摘要] 要做好骨科患者围术期深静脉血栓的护理管理。术前评估、心理护理和健康教育为术前护理管理的主要措施，饮食和心理护理、病情观察、引流管护理、功能锻炼和药物预防为术后护理管理的主要措施，要通过合理饮食、保护血管、术前预防性护理、术后机械性预防性护理和肺栓塞的预防性护理以及基础护理、严密观察病情和溶栓护理做好深静脉血栓的预防和临床护理，避免和降低深静脉血栓的发生机会和对患者造成严重的危害。

[Abstract] We should do a good job in the nursing management of deep venous thrombosis of patients with orthopedic surgery during the perioperative period， the preoperative evaluation， mental nursing and health education are the main measures of preoperative nursing management， and the dieting and mental nursing， disease observation， drainage tube nursing， functional exercise and drug prevention are the main measures of postoperative nursing management， and we should do a good job in the prevention and clinical nursing of deep venous thrombosis through the rational dieting， protecting blood vessel， preventive nursing before operation， mechanical preventive nursing after operation and preventive nursing and basic nursing of pulmonary embolism， closely observing disease conditions and thrombolytic therapy to avoid and reduce the occurrence chance of deep venous thrombosis and serious harm to patients.
