PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果观察

[摘要]目的 评价股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）内固定用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折（IFF）的治疗效果。方法 选取2012年1月～2015年6月在我院接受治疗的IFF老年患者106例，将其随机分为对照组（53例）和观察组（53例），分别给予动力髋螺钉（DHS）和PFNA内固定治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组手术时间、下地活动时间及骨折愈合时间均显著短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；观察组术后3个月和半年时的Harris评分分别为（84.25±10.68）分和（89.50±11.71）分，均显著高于对照组（P<0.01）；观察组术后并发症总发生率显著低于对照组（7.55% vs 30.19%，P<0.01）。结论 PFNA治疗老年IFF创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少，临床可推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To evaluate the effect of PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture （IFF） in the elderly.Methods There were 106 elderly patients with IFF in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015 were selected，and divided into control group （53 cases） and observation group （53 cases）.The control group was given dynamic hip screw （DHS） treatment，and observation group was given femoral proximal anti rotation intramedullary nail （PFNA） internal fixation.The treatment effect was compared.Results Operative time，activities and fracture healing time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group，blood loss was less than that of control group，with statistical difference （P<0.01）.Harris score of observation group after 3 months and 6 months respectively （84.25±10.68） and （89.50±11.71），significantly higher tha...
