骨科大手术下肢深静脉血栓的预防及护理要点分析
[摘要] 目的 分析骨科大手术术后出现下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防、护理干预措施及效果。方法 方便选择2015年4月”2017年4月间该院骨科病房接收的施行大手术的60例患者，随机分成2组：参考组共30例，给予下肢深静脉血栓预防干预及常规骨科护理服务；护理组共30例，在参考组基础上加用综合护理干预服务。详细记录2组的下肢深静脉血栓形成情况，且评估2组的护理满意度。结果 护理组术毕后的下肢深静脉血栓发生率为（3.33%），显著低于参考组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率（13.33%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理组患者的护理满意度为（96.67%），显著高于参考组患者的护理满意度（80.00%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针对骨科大手术患者采用预防性干预及综合护理干预措施可有效减少下肢深静脉血栓的出现，提高患者满意度，值得借鉴。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the prevention and nursing key points of deep vein thrombosis under the major orthopedic surgery. Methods 60 cases of patients with the major orthopedic surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each， the reference group adopted the prevention intervention of deep vein thrombosis and routine orthopedic nursing services， while the nursing group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention services on the basis of the control group， and the formation of deep vein thrombosis of the two groups was recorded in detail and the nursing satisfactory degree was evaluated.
