检验科微生物检验质量的影响因素及病原菌耐药性分析
[摘要] 目的 分析检验科微生物检验质量的影响因素及病原菌耐药性。 方法 在2015年4月”2017年4月期间收集100份检验报告为此次实验对象，均进行微生物检测，并分析影响检测结果的主要因素，随后再实施药敏实验。结果操作流程、标本本身因素、检测人员失误是影响临床微生物检验结果的主要原因，随着对病原菌的分布研究，可发现该次检验标本中，共发现68株病原菌，50株（73.53%）为革兰阴性菌，18株（26.47%）为革兰阳性菌。而革兰阴性菌主要以肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌为主。从耐药性角度分析，可发现大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢类药物耐药性相对而言较高;金黄色葡萄球菌对四环素、红霉素、头孢曲松、青霉素、左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素具有较高的耐药性。 结论 影响微生物质量的主要因素为标本本身，而通过分析病原菌的耐药性，可为抗菌药物选择提供科学依据。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the influencing factors of microbiological test quality and the resistance of pathogenic bacteria in laboratory. Methods 100 test reports were collected from April 2015 to April 2017 as the subjects. All the microbiological tests were performed， and the main factors affecting the test results were analyzed.
