山东省省直部门职工非传染性慢病调查研究
摘 要：以山东省省直部门职工为对象，对其进行骨质量、身体成分、糖尿病患病风险以及血管机能检测。结果发现：该群体骨质疏松占比为2.7%，骨质异常占比为44.1%；脂肪超标占比为50.5%，肥胖人数占总体的21.6%；糖尿病患病高风险占比27.8%；血管弹性下降及弹性差占比7.5%。山东省省直部门职工存在较大的慢性病风险，应采取增强健康意识、增加体育锻炼、调整饮食结构等措施改善体质，进而遏制慢性病的发生发展。

Abstract：The paper took staff from departments under the direct management of Shandong government as study objects and made a physical examination on them， including： bone quality， body composition， risk of diabetes and vascular function. Results show that 2.7% of the group have osteoporosis and 44.1% have abnormal bone quality； the proportion of overweight fat accounts for 50.5%， and the number of obese people accounted for 21.6%； 27.8% have the risk of diabetes and 7.5% have decreased vascular elasticity and poor vascula elasticity. There is a higher risk of chronic diseases among the staff. Measures should be taken to improve the physical condition， such as strengthening health consciousness， increasing physical exercise and adjusting diet， so as to curb the occurrence and development of chronic diseases.
